Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to mobile games and applications published by Choi Daehyun, including ORBIT NOVA (collectively, the “Apps”).

1. Information handled by the developer

The developer does not operate an account system or a separate server for collecting users’ names, email addresses, contacts, precise location, photos, or other directly identifying information through the Apps. Game progress and settings may be stored locally on the user’s device or through platform services selected by the user.

2. Advertising and third-party processing

The Apps may use Google AdMob to provide interstitial and rewarded advertisements. Google Mobile Ads SDK and its advertising partners may automatically process information such as device and advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from an IP address, app interactions, ad impressions and clicks, diagnostic information, and consent choices. This processing may be used to provide, measure, prevent fraud in, and—where the user has consented—personalize advertising.

The developer does not receive information that directly identifies a user from AdMob. Google’s handling of information is governed by its own policies, including Google’s Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

3. Consent and choices

Where required by law, the Apps request advertising consent through Google’s User Messaging Platform. Users may refuse consent and continue to use the core game. Depending on the user’s region and choices, advertising may be limited or unavailable. Users can revisit available consent choices through the privacy settings provided in the App.

On iOS, users may also control tracking permission in the device’s Settings. On Android and iOS, users can reset or limit the use of their advertising identifier through the device’s privacy settings.

4. Rewarded advertisements

Rewarded advertisements are optional. A user who chooses to watch a rewarded advertisement may receive the reward described in the App after successful completion. Declining advertising consent does not prevent access to the core game.

5. Data retention and security

Because the developer does not maintain a separate user database for the Apps, the developer does not independently retain the advertising data described above. Third-party providers retain and protect information according to their own policies and legal obligations. Local game data remains on the device unless the user removes the App, clears its data, or uses an applicable platform cloud service.

6. Children

The Apps are intended for a general audience and are not specifically directed to children under the minimum age required to consent to data processing in their jurisdiction. If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal information directly to the developer, please contact the developer so the issue can be reviewed.

7. User rights

Depending on the user’s location, users may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. Because advertising information is generally controlled by Google or another advertising partner, requests relating to that information may also need to be directed to the relevant provider. Users may contact the developer using the address below for assistance.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when an App’s features, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
